Painting Projects

The 2021 Minnesota State Arts Board grant also supported a series of 10 interactive paintings created by local artists in partnership with downtown businesses to help boost foot traffic. Each location featured signage encouraging visitors to take selfies with the artwork and share them with the Jackson Center for the Arts, creating a fun, community-centered way to connect residents and visitors with local businesses.
